Designed by the Pritzker Prize-winning firm RSHP (formerly Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners), the structural design breaks from Dubai’s verticality, opting instead for four elegant, low-rise pavilion buildings that rise only 50 meters across nine floors. This deliberate low-density approach, coupled with interior artistry by the Rockwell Group, fosters an intimate, resort-like atmosphere that prioritizes natural light and fluid transitions between indoor and outdoor spaces. As the only EDITION-branded property globally to feature its own private beach, the development seamlessly integrates 165 ultra-luxury residences with the world-class hospitality of a 185-key hotel, offering a "living-in-a-resort" experience anchored by wide-set terraces and panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf and Dubai Harbour.
